Office Staff

Our Office Administrator, Joyce and our Patient Service Coordinator, Jenny, worked for Peninsula Urology when it was under the direction of Dr. Henry Ritter, Jr.  Joyce has over 25 years of experience in medical administration and billing with 15 years of those in urology.  Jenny, our Patient Service Coordinator started in 2001 filing medical charts and has worked her way up to her current position. She seamlessly runs the front office, managing all the patient care needs.

Our medical assistants are Rochelle and Esmeralda. Rochelle is a California Certified Medical Assistant and certificated medical phlebotomist. She has been with us since 2006.  She has previous experience in Internal Medicine, Allergy and ENT.  Esmeralda has been with us since 2007 and has 6 years of prior experience in Gynecology and Orthopedics. She is fluent in Spanish and is a great service to our Latino patients.
